Candidate for Pennsauken Township Committee

Sabrina Winkler has been a resident of Pennsauken for most of her life. She is a Class of 2000 graduate of PHS, where she was a member of the Marching Band and Indoor Guard. After college, Sabrina went to Rowan University to study History and Education, and graduated with Honors in 2005.

Sabrina had various types of employment following college, including banking, teaching, and concierge/customer service. However, she is currently a sales representative for two online direct marketing companies. She enjoys this work, but also appreciates that it allows her to work from home and raise her daughter. Sabrina has also been a volunteer for The USO of PA & Southern NJ for more than 10 years. With the USO, she has taken part in many different activities, including fundraising, event planning, airport center Team Leader, and as a member of the Families of the Fallen support team.

Since Sabrina is raising her young daughter in town, she has become more involved in town events and school issues. Her father ran for Township Committee in 1992, and even though she was only ten years old, she was involved in the campaign. This inspired her to take a chance, knowing some change is needed in town, and is seeking a position on Pennsauken's Township Committee.

In her free time, Sabrina enjoys gardening, going to the movies, and taking day trips to new and interesting places with her daughter.
